Think on what happened just a few short years ago.  Half of Europe was set free without a shot being fired. Mikhail Gorbachev undertook one of the most monumental tasks of the century.  He later said he was encouraged by the Pope and the prayers of the people of the world.  Many of us were praying for him and for the people behind the iron curtain at that time.  

    This is how the Great Mystic Spirit moves, it moves suddenly and forcefully.   It will only move when it is called upon in sincerity.  It refuses to be named by any religion, it refuses to take sides in petty disputes between kings or presidents.  It does not bless bombs or troops, it blesses all people and instructs us to do the same.

Think on these things.  There are laws and principles that govern this whole universe, they keep the planets in orbit and they bring forth the flowers in spring.  There are consequences for breaking these principles.  

The wise men who learned these things tried to leave behind messages for us before they moved on.  One important message left to us was.   "As you sow, so shall you reap." and "As you do, it shall be done unto you."    Others in different places called this Karma while others elsewhere called it The Higher Tribunal that calls things into judgment.

In any event, there is no escaping its decision that states "No debt shall go unpaid"  Look at what happened to Nazi Germany.  It set out in arrogance to dominate the world. It was crushed and half of its country enslaved for 50 years.  What happened to them is what they thought they were going to do to the world.  They brought about their own destruction.

Similar things are happening to my country the USA.  We set out on a mission to tell others how to live starting with Korea in the 50's and Vietnam in the 60's.  We destroyed hundreds of thousands of lives out of fear.  These people had done nothing to us.  We took our advanced technology 10,000 miles across the ocean to destroy people living in wood huts, people we didn't even know.  Why? ;  because we were frightened of what we thought in our minds that they may someday do to us.  

Look at the karmic consequences.  Before Vietnam it was safe to walk on the streets of our cities, crime was very low.  After Vietnam the USA became the most violent nation on earth.  I grew up in the 40's and 50's , I saw it unfold.  Now my nation looses almost 50,000 people each year to violence in it's own cities, at the hands of its own people.  

Some people will argue with my reasoning, but A Great Teacher who once came here said that " with what measure you met out to others, the same measure shall be meted unto you."  There is no evading this.

The factors that are the bases of our reform are the following and your comments about possibilities and impossibitilies are welcomed:

Ø     The nationality of the mind  :    We support and create a world situation where the mentally powerful or highly intelligent individual should not need a nationaltiy to support his contribution to the world or utilize his mental power. Borderless flow of talented minds freely . The talented mind should not need a strong nationality to get recognition , snatch opportunities to utlize its potentiality and freely move around with in the world.
Ø    Intensified globalisation :   Globalisation should not only affect nations in sectors that benefit their economy but it should be so widely accepted and private individuals included. A scientist in the Philipines should be able to play a role in the activities in the universities in the UK if he met the required qualification; similarly an enterpreneur in the US could plan his products finding easy market any where in the world moments after production.  Super fast communication and transportation facilities should be the progress target.
Ø    Total eradication of Hunger - Some people fear that if there is no hunger , Man woul be lazily stop to think. The gap between the poor and the rich is so wide that the gap does not serve the stimulating power is had to impose. Instead the increasing gap became an indirect cause of violence and hatred . all citizens of the earth should not starve to death lack of bread while the gap between the status of teh hardworking rich and the lazy poor remains to exist.
Ø    Highly expanded common interest:  Shared political and economic interests between groups of countries have proven continuous satisfaction , progress and peaceful coexistence between the members of these groups. An expansion of such groups to include the most disadvantages countries would give many countries the spirit to safeguard these interests and comply with the world to reach total peace and progress. The potential financial energy consumed on war prevention and security would go to deep exploration of  the little known galaxy  surrounding earth.
Ø    Theo-Power : Psychological utilization .         All religions advocate peaceful coexistence and harmony among citizens of the earth . unfortunately  , we have drawn a hostile line between political administration and religion , fearing that the religious mentality would contradict mundane affairs. We have to let religious leaders  work hand in hand with governments in producing well disciplined citizens.
Ø    Partial privatization of the UN:   Private sector in Public role     Private companies suffer most in terms of death toll, financial losses and infrastructure at wartime situations. They have little or no voice in any operation that war should be prevented or stopped an ongoing one. The UN will have an article that gives private firms , deserving individuals or organizations  an opportunity  to play  a role in any peace making efforts , political  resolutions and concerns on environmental decay. Their contribution and influence might bring in greater results in achieving total peace and prosperity in the world .
Ø    Universal children :   Children , in any country , any colour and from any parents should be entitled to basic education , free nutritious food and medical care. The UN should create a system to reach these services right to the children through their governments .  The struggle for survival and the choice of lifestyle should only start when the child grow up above the age 18.  A child is not to be blamed for being born into a lazy and poor family.  
Ø    Dispanding nationalism and expanding Globalism.:   Removal of the excessive nationalism and the obsession of the ethical origin  deprives man of the freedom to think globally and act globally.
Ø    Globalism oriented inventions:   Intensive technological development on new inventions that help reduce the gap between nations,individuals and cultures .  Language barrier should be a thing of the past and never become obstacle in globalising.
Ø    New Arms control strategy :  Importation or manufacture of arms always means to the neighbouring rival country a step towards a conflict. The balance of power is also a critical condition for the geopolitical situation in all regions in the world. However, many developing nations would have utilized greateer energy and finance that goes to the defence spending budget . The developed nations too have new uncovered areas of research and development projects to invest on provided there is no runner behind in the arms race.  A new strategic defence planning and security guarantees will be in place to solve many problems that are more of psychological than military .
