    First port of call has to be your doctor. You need to find out what is causing it. Is it a medication to treat something else that is causing it, is it stress, anxiety, depression?Find out first and go from there to find a solution. See if you can treat the cause not the symptom. That may not be possible but you need to know what your options are.
